Biographical Detail:

Teachers’ training and graduation from the teacher seminar in Lübeck, Germany 

Marriage with non-aristrocrat in Hamburg 

Study of art in Munich, passion for painting 

Birth of her son Rolf in 1897, raised by zu Reventlow alone

Participation in the Munich and later in the Swiss bohemian scene, among artists such as Rainer Maria Rilke, Frank Wedekind and Ludwig Klages 


Artistic Practice:

Known for her semi-autobiographical novels, letters and diaries and narratives/stories
